Pasta as pasta should taste, with the rich and healthy benefits of vegetables.
The organic variants offer the same benefits as the traditional ones, but with 100% organic ingredients.

Parsnip Fusilli
The parsnip is a somewhat forgotten vegetable. A shame, because it contains a lot of fibre and antioxidants. In combination with the whole grain spelt, this is a balanced paste that is rich in fibre. Our fresh parsnip comes from the neighbourhood close to the production area, and wherever possible we use the residual stream. That is good for you and good for the farmer.

Ingredients: Whole grain spelt flour, 35% red beet (prepared), beetpowder.
Red Beet Fusilli
Red Beet has a powerful pink colour that makes you smile when eating. The kids even call this ‘princess pasta’. The colour is coming from Betanine; a strong antioxidant. Cooking decreases the colour, for this reason we add a tiny spoon of natural beet powder. The beets are locally grown. That is good for you and good for the farmer.
