Carrot Fusilli

The orange carrot is a popular vegetable with a beautiful orange colour. The high beta-carotene (provitamin A) provides this colour. Our process guarantees maximum colour and nutritional values, making it a feast on your plate. Our carrot is grown locally from the production area and where possible we use residual flows. That is good for you and good for the farmer.

Spinach Fusilli

Spinach naturally contains a variety of vitamins and minerals. As soon as our spinach comes fresh from the land, it is immediately frozen for the maximum preservation of these nutrients. By doing this, also little amounts spinach is lost. And the green colour is a feast on your plate. That is good for you and good for the farmer.

Parsnip Fusilli

The parsnip is a somewhat forgotten vegetable. A shame, because it contains a lot of fibre and antioxidants. In combination with the whole grain spelt, this is a balanced paste that is rich in fibre. Our fresh parsnip comes from the neighbourhood close to the production area, and wherever possible we use the residual stream. That is good for you and good for the farmer.

Ingredients: Whole grain spelt flour, 35% red beet (prepared), beetpowder.

Red Beet Fusilli

Red Beet has a powerful pink colour that makes you smile when eating. The kids even call this ‘princess pasta’. The colour is coming from Betanine; a strong antioxidant. Cooking decreases the colour, for this reason we add a tiny spoon of natural beet powder. The beets are locally grown. That is good for you and good for the farmer.
